I highly recommend Manuel. He was honest, fair, and straightforward throughout the entire repair process. Montes came and fixed the roof which had sprung a leak in the last rain storm. He was out in 24 hours. Met me on a Sunday morning to give me options. We have a ~2000 sq-ft tile roof that is 28 years old. 1) About 3 years ago Mr Montes repaired some cracked tiles and advised us to keep (not replace) it,  as it is a high quality small-barreled tiles; his repairs holds up to this day. 2) A month ago after the ice storm week of 2026, we had him come in to reinstall a loose corner tile and get a new inspection. He assessed and we accepted the following work done: Reseal all valleys, wall valleys and pipes with new sealant to preclude any leaks from this old tile roof....He provided before and after pictures and he warranted his work for 1 year; we paid $2500. We reached out to Mr. Montes. He came out and made repairs on the same day. Even in this 30 degree weather. We had a hole from an old satellite dish plate that had damaged the roof. It turned out to be bigger than what we thought but he had no issues doing the repair.  Manuel did a great job. Mr Montez does great work and is a man of his word. He did a Roof repair job on my home about 4 months ago and due to the wind storms we had a coupe weeks ago I lost a couple Shingles. All of the above apply.  I was called back promptly and an initial inspection was scheduled for the next day.  The inspection was thorough and quick and I was shown exactly what needed to be corrected and what could have been done better. Mr Montez is # 1 !!! I hired him to do repairs on the Roof my Trailer Home. This Man and a helper came on a Sunday morning and took care of the problems. Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof I waited till it rained hard to put in this comment to make sure it was done correctly. My patio and shed roof looks beautiful along with all the plywood and beams that was replaced due to water damage, but I still waited because I have high standards. I asked a lot of questions during job, and they were answered with patience and clarity. I never felt like I was bothering them. Very professional.
